Report a Problem

If you encounter a bug or issue in the system please report it using the Report a Problem tool so we can fix it. This will help us diagnosing the problem through the log files we will automatically receive when you send us the report.

First, in Classic Mode, click on the question mark symbol on the bottom right of your screen. Then select "Report a Problem". Please note that you are required to login to your Kano World account. 



Please provide a title and description of the problem. You can also include an image or even take a screenshot. If you previously contacted us regarding the same issue, please reference that ticket so we can link them.


We will then review your issue and contact you with a possible solution as soon as possible.
