Type to Learn 4: Cannot Add a User

Issue: Unable able to add a user to Type to Learn 4 because Type to Learn 4 says that the user already exists in Type to Learn 4.

Possible Resolution 1: The student may have been marked InActive by checking the box on the right side of the User Management Page. 

1. Uncheck the Only display active users at the bottom of the page

2. If the student is InActive they will appear in the list with an check mark in the InActive box 

3. Uncheck the box and select Save Changes

Possible Resolution 2: If your account has multiple Groups, the students may be listed in another Group and you will need to search in each group to determine where the student account is located.
