Type to Learn 4 MAC Freezing Issues "Sending data..."

Operating System: OSX 10.7 & Up

Version: Standalone/Home

Solution:

1. To begin, start at your desktop and click on 'Go' from the top toolbar then select 'Computer'.





2. Cick on your 'Macintosh HD' > 'Library' > 'Application Support' > 'Sunburst'




3. Once you see the 'Sunburst' folder, press & hold 'Control' on your keyboard and click on the 'Sunburst' folder.  A menu should appear and then you will be able to select 'Get Info'.



4.
  a. Click the lock symbol to 'Unlock' it will then ask you to input your password for the computer. After inputting your password you will want to change the 'Privilege' for all 'Name' listed to 'Read & Write'.

  b. Next you will want to click on the 'Gear' symbol and select 'Apply to enclosed items...' click yes.
  c. Click the lock symbol to 'Lock' the info and close this window to save changes.
