Symptom: When attempting to log-in or make a change using the teacher management tool(http://teacher.ttl4.com) the browser becomes stuck on 'Downloading Data..' it is due to using Internet Explorer.
Solution:
In order to correct this, you can click on the compatibility view button and the page will refresh:
