If a tablet has been accessed on the Android Side and has been ScreenLocked with a PIN or a Password, there is a way to correct this:
- Return to the edredi portal and log in.
- Tap on the View Tab.
- Look for the name of the tablet that is currently stuck on the Android OS.
- Now click on the Lock button at the bottom of View to lock the tablet back into Student Mode.
- Unlock the tablet again.
After unlocking the tablet, edredi should be set back in place.
