The Tablet is ScreenLocked!

If a tablet has been accessed on the Android Side and has been ScreenLocked with a PIN or a Password, there is a way to correct this:

  1. Return to the edredi portal and log in. 
  2. Tap on the View Tab.
  3. Look for the name of the tablet that is currently stuck on the Android OS.
  4. Now click on the Lock button at the bottom of View to lock the tablet back into Student Mode.
  5. Unlock the tablet again.

After unlocking the tablet, edredi should be set back in place.
