BookNook: Adding Students

The admin can add students two ways in BookNook: Add one student and Import Student List.

Adding One Student

  1. Select the Students tab on the left side of the screen 
  2. Click "Add a Student" button
  3. Enter student's information: First name, Last name, Username, Grade, Dual Language Learner, IEP, Gender, Ethnicity, Reading Level, and SIS ID (if applicable).
  4. Click "Add Student" button

Importing Student List

  1. Click "Import Student List" button
  2. Export a CSV. file from your Student Identification System
  3. Upload the file into BookNook
